What is the Fazaa Card?

The Fazaa Card is a government-backed social initiative launched by the UAE Ministry of Interior under the Social Security Fund. Its goal is to promote social solidarity and improve the quality of life for residents by providing access to meaningful discounts across everyday services.

Cardholders unlock savings at hundreds of partner outlets covering healthcare, education, dining, shopping, travel, entertainment, and more. The program was initiated by Lt. General H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior and Deputy Prime Minister.

As of 2025, the Fazaa Card has expanded beyond government employees and is now accessible to a much wider audience — including private sector workers, students, and People of Determination — with affordable monthly subscription plans starting at AED 19.

How to Apply for a Fazaa Card

The application process can be completed online in a few simple steps, or in person at an authorised Fazaa centre.
